What to Know Before Reserving Your Casino-Style Event
How much experience does your team have?
Since 1995, our team has been organizing casino-inspired events, bringing extensive industry knowledge and a polished Las Vegas-style atmosphere to every celebration.
How many events do you handle annually?
We coordinate hundreds of casino-style events each year, with a focus on dependable service, consistent quality, and professional event management.
Can you provide references or testimonials?
Yes. We can provide examples from previous events and client feedback so you can get a better idea of our experience and service standards.
Can we see the equipment before reserving?
Certainly. Photos of our casino tables, accessories, and previous setups can be provided in advance so you can see what your package will include.
Is an equipment visit available?
Yes. You can arrange an in-person visit to view the equipment and discuss your event requirements before making a final reservation.
Frequently Asked Casino Event Questions
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry liability insurance to help protect our staff and event venues. Certificates and additional policy information can be supplied when requested.
Are casino-style events permitted?
Yes. Our games use entertainment chips instead of real currency, so there is no real-money gambling. Prize structures can be adapted to comply with applicable local laws and event requirements.
What happens during the event?
Guests receive entertainment chips and can participate in games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and more. Our professional dealers explain the rules and assist anyone who is new to the games. At the conclusion of the event, chips may be used for raffle entries, auction opportunities, or other permitted prizes.
What is the usual event length?
Most standard packages provide approximately three hours of casino-style entertainment. Additional time can be arranged when requested.
Experience and Insurance
Since 1995, Magic Anchor has provided casino-themed entertainment across several states, including CO, FL, TX, IL, KS, NE, UT, WY, and NY. We carry $2,000,000 in General Liability Insurance and can provide certificates of insurance when required.
Seating for Casino Tables
Most tables work well for both seated and standing play. Texas Hold’em requires seating for players. Venues generally provide chairs, while rental seating may also be available if needed.
Dealer Gratuities
Tips are completely optional, though guests are welcome to show their appreciation for dealers who provide excellent service.
More Questions About Your Event
Who supplies the prizes?
