1. Booking and Payment Terms
● A signed agreement together with the required deposit is necessary to reserve your event date.
● Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a rescheduled date when sufficient notice is given.
● Any remaining balance must be settled no later than the event date.
● We accept major credit cards, PayPal, cash, and both personal and business checks.

2. Changes and Cancellations
● All requested changes must be submitted in writing at least 10 days before the scheduled event date.
● If the event is canceled, the paid deposit remains non-refundable.

3. Safety and Responsibility
● Magic Anchor maintains $2,000,000 in General Liability Insurance coverage.
● The client is responsible for ensuring the venue complies with all applicable safety standards and legal requirements.
● All equipment is routinely inspected and maintained; however, Magic Anchor is not liable for incidents caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

4. Participant Age and Game Rules
● All casino activities are strictly entertainment-based and use novelty chips only; real-money gambling is never offered.
● Participants of all ages may take part unless restricted by applicable state or local laws.

5. Venue Space and Setup Requirements
● Clients must provide sufficient floor space for casino tables, related equipment, and on-site personnel.
● Suggested guest capacity per table:
- ○ Blackjack/Poker tables: 6–10 guests each
- ○ Roulette tables: approximately 8 guests
- ○ Craps tables: 8–20 guests, based on table configuration
● Chairs can be provided upon request, although most venues typically supply their own seating.

6. Event Staff and Personnel
● Every dealer, host, and team member is a fully trained Magic Anchor professional.
● Gratuities are completely optional, though always appreciated.

7. Photography and Video
● Magic Anchor reserves the right to capture photo and video content at events for promotional and marketing purposes.
● Clients who wish to limit photo or video recording must notify us prior to event start.

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property
● All materials shown on the Magic Anchor website are copyright-protected and remain the exclusive property of Magic Anchor.
● Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of website content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Applicable Law
● This Service Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state where the event takes place.
